Past Trips . . . . Past Lives

I am a native of Midwest town, a place I will always think of as "Home", and traveled to Washington, Arizona, California, Hawaii, Texas, Georgia, North Carolina and Florida . . . . . all before my 15th Birthday.  Whenever my father was deployed, we returned to our hometown for the duration.

As an adult, I have traveled within the US and to Canada, Costa Rica (ziplining), the Bahamas, Mexico (Cancun, Cozumel, Tulum, Costa Maya, etc.), Barbados, St Lucia, Grenada (where I hiked a rainforest), Grand Cayman, Belize, Jamaica, Curacao, Grand Turk, Aruba, San Jose, St Thomas (shopping), St Marteen (more shopping), Nevis and St Kitts.  The best vacations at that point had been cruises and my favorite cruise partner is a college friend (GIRLS TRIP!).  We would leave everyone at home and take a seven-day Caribbean cruise, shopping, dining, drinking, playing in the ocean, basking in the sun and, of course, casinos!

I even went on two cruises by myself . . . . . I told you I was independent (and the stories I could tell - later).

As happy as these travels were, my strongest desire was to go to IRELAND.  So after the third (and final) divorce (I am never doing this again!!), I placed Ireland as #1 on my Bucket List and decided to start at the top.

In early 2018, I made arrangements to Ireland for the full month of June and took off to fulfill my lifelong dream . . . . .
