Inner Peace & Nature
One of the best days I had in all my Irish journey was the next day when I had planned on going to Carrick-a-Rope Bridge but the long lines changed my mind. So, I opted for solitude. I spent a few hours sitting on the edge of a bluff overlooking the North Irish Sea. So much has happened in my life (I could very easily write a book or an entire 5 years of a soap opera), but sitting there I was able to put my mind in neutral.
I objectively assessed the past, was able to truly be in the present and had no worries about the future. It was only me and the sea gulls - which I normally hate their loud obnoxious 'cawing' - but to my ears even they had an Irish brogue that beautiful day.
I left that bluff feeling more complete and at peace than I ever have in my life. I thought "It's just geography. If I can feel it here, then I can take it with my anywhere". And so far, I have!

The water was so clear you could see the sand and rocks below.
